Day Six - Candidasa/Amed
You have breakfast at your hotel and are driven to Amed. East Bali is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in Bali and falls under the protective eye of Mount Agung – the island’s highest and most sacred volcano which last erupted in 1963. The area’s clear blue waters and magnificent coral reefs have bedazzled many travelers who enjoy diving and snorkeling, magnetizing them time and time again. Black beaches, crisp white sands, small coastal villages, artistic and cultural focal points, and remains of the island’s fascinating history help clarify the often used description for Bali’s east; an exceptional area of dissimilarities.
